What We Build

Graith builds AI-enabled defence systems that adapt to the operator, protect the network, and keep the force connected. TALON is our first capability. It won't be our last.

TALON

TACTICAL ADAPTIVE LEVEL-OF-AUTONOMY AND OPERATOR-STATE NAVIGATION

An adaptive human-in-the-loop command interface for operators managing autonomous assets — in defence and law enforcement. TALON dynamically adjusts autonomy levels, information density, and decision escalation based on the operator's cognitive state, expertise, and mission phase. A novice and an expert don't need the same interface. An operator at hour one and hour six don't need the same level of automation. TALON adapts — so the human stays effective and the machine stays under control.

The system adjusts to the operator

The system adjusts how much it does autonomously based on who is using it and how they're performing. A novice gets more guidance. An expert gets more control. An operator under load gets more automation for routine tasks while critical decisions stay with the human.

No biometric sensors required

TALON infers the operator's cognitive state from their interaction patterns — response times, decision latency, input accuracy, task-switching frequency. No biometric sensors required. The interface adapts in real-time.

The interface transitions with the mission

Different phases of an operation demand different interfaces. Planning requires detail. Execution requires clarity. Contact requires essentials only. TALON transitions the interface as the mission progresses.

Architecturally enforced, not a software toggle

Weapons employment and use of force — lethal and non-lethal — always require explicit human authorisation via deliberate two-step confirmation. This is architecturally enforced, not a software toggle. Every decision is logged.

Beyond TALON

TALON is where we start. Graith is building across adaptive autonomy, defence integration, and interoperability — systems that connect heterogeneous platforms, protect command networks, and scale across domains.

We are a software company today. Our ambition extends to the full stack of sovereign defence capability.
